A new website for the patent attorneys Michalski - Hüttermann & Partner!

The law firm Michalski - Hüttermann & Partner (short: MHPatent) is a patent law firm headquartered in Düsseldorf and specializes in the protection of industrial property rights. They advise companies on all matters relating to patents, trademarks, designs, licenses, searches and employee invention matters. The law firm asked us to support them with the technical optimization of their website - and this time we got involved in a special deal, a kind of "bet" ;)

The goal: A technically optimized website

Since the design of the website of patent attorneys Michalski - Hüttermann & Partner was already very strong before we started our work, the goal was not to design a new website from scratch. Instead, the deal was for the new website to rank over 90% in terms of loading speed, (on-page) SEO and accessibility once the project was complete - with a strong focus on the previous design. We made clear recommendations in terms of content implementation and design to ensure that this goal could be achieved. And it goes without saying that the website should be responsive... ;-)
The content management system behind the website should be Processwire as usual(here we tell you why we love Processwire so much). It ensures that our customers can independently customize the content of their websites without having to worry about the design, accessibility or responsiveness suffering.

The goals were far exceeded!

After a great collaboration with the contact persons at MHPatent, the new website is now online and we have not only achieved our goals, but far exceeded them - to the complete satisfaction of our customers! After the website went live, we achieved a Lighthouse rating of 100% in all areas!

Denis was then named Mr. 100% by our customers :-D

And if you're wondering why these values are so relevant and what they actually mean - here's a brief explanation:

• Performance shows, for example, how quickly a page loads and we all know that: Long loading time = users bounce.
• Accessibility: Ensures that more people can use the site without restrictions, e.g. people with physical disabilities.
• Best practices = up-to-date implementation, high level of security and error-free website.
• SEO = search engine optimization: how well a website ranks on search engines such as Google and others.

In any case, we are incredibly proud of this phenomenal result and MHPatent also gave us great feedback on our work.
